Pan con Tomate

Preparation

An alternative to ciabatta style bread. Grill a slice of bread for a couple of minutes so that it becomes firm but not toasted as it shouldn't be too dry. Rub a clove of garlic onto one side of the bread and add to it, a few slices of a fresh juicy raw tomato.   Sprinkle with salt & pepper to taste and a drizzle of olive oil. You can also top with roasted peppers, black olives, salami, anchovies or parma ham to suit.
