Haddock on Toast

Preparation

Boil some smoked haddock in milk and water. Skin it and flake it, then mix it with a white sauce to give a creamy consistency. Season with Cayenne pepper. Fry some rounds of Hovis Best of Both bread in butter and then place a tablespoon of haddock on each round. Place a slice of tomato on the top and sprinkle with cheese. Reheat in the oven for a minute and serve with sprigs of parsley.
