Mashed Beans on Toast

What you need
2 slices medium-sliced Hovis Wholemeal bread
3 heaped tbsp cooked borlotti or cannellini beans
Juice half a lemon
Handful chopped parsley
Black pepper
How to make it
1. Place the beans in a bowl and lightly mash with a fork then add the lemon juice and chopped parsley mix well and season with black pepper.
2. Lightly toast 2 slices of Hovis wholemeal bread and top with the mashed beans.
