What you need

60g low fat hummus 

1 medium carrot (grated) 

2 slices Hovis Wholemeal medium-sliced bread (toasted, if you would prefer)

How to make it

Spread the hummus on 2 slices of Hovis Wholemeal bread, top one slice with the freshly grated carrot and close sandwich.
