Grilled Mushrooms and Cheese on Toast



What you need


40g mushrooms

15g cheddar cheese

2 slices Hovis Wholemeal medium-sliced bread

How to make it


1. Heat grill to a high heat. Season a hand full of mushrooms with pepper, lay on a non-stick baking tray and spray with low calorie cooking spray. Grill for 5 mins until cooked and remove from heat.

2. Toast 2 slices of Hovis Wholemeal bread, top with the cooked mushrooms and grated cheddar cheese. Pop under the grill again if you prefer the cheese melted.
