Fruity French Toast

What you need
1 egg
2 tbsps semi-skimmed milk
Drop of vanilla extract
Half small pot of low fat yoghurt
Handful of blueberries
Handful of raspberries
2 slices Hovis Wholemeal medium sliced bread
How to make it
1. To make the French toast, mix together the egg, 2 tbsps of semi-skimmed milk and a drop of vanilla extract. Dip the Hovis Wholemeal bread in the egg mix so it is thoroughly coated. Fry your slices in a frying pan (using low calorie cooking spray) over a medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
2. Mix half a pot of low fat yoghurt with a hand full of blueberries and raspberries and serve with the French toast.
