Hovis in 1923
A powerful campaign illustrated by a hand holding up a Hovis loaf with the line ‘The Bread For You’ appeared in many women’s magazines. This approach continued with different advertising slogans such as ‘Builds Health’, ‘The Gateway To Health’ and ‘Stepping Stones To Health’.
